Owen took over as Player/Manager of our reserves in the Summer of 2025, following the departure of Darren Flatt. Owen has overseen a team in transition with many of last years team moving on, the reserves has become a great platform for some of our Under 18s to experience mens football for the first time. A team that includes his brother Sam, a long standing player of Long Stratton as well. The team currently reside in Division 1 of the Anglian Combination.
